Information - Know Another Mocktail Event at Ipswich

Fancy a drink this Dry January? Join us for a free mocktail event at Ipswich County Library, as part of our Know Another campaign! Enjoy an afternoon of specially crafted non-alcoholic drink alternatives and try new flavours of mocktails. If you like it, you can take a free recipe card home with you.

Speak to us and take our short questionnaire to learn about your drinking habits and show you what your alcohol intake could mean for you.

Know Another is our drink-awareness campaign to help you understand your alcohol intake and get advice to help cut down. Our libraries offer regular drop-in groups for you to chat with trained staff and find resources, and we host free mocktail events every few months at different libraries to socialise with others and try new non-alcoholic drinks.

Drop in from 11AM to 2PM. This event is completely free to attend and no booking is required.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
