Information - Kesgrave & District Help Centre
The Help Centre provides advice and support for disabled and retired people to help make positive changes to their lives.
They hold weekly coffee and activity mornings on a Thursday 10.00am to 12.00 noon to help keep people active and social.
You just pay for your tea or coffee and a raffle ticket if you want to join in which is £1 for each item. Also very popular with everyone is a game called Hoy similar to bingo this always brings some excitement and laughter.
Everyone is welcome just come along to the Kesgrave Community Centre and see if you enjoy your morning.
No joining fee just companionship with other locals.
