Dates & Times

Looks like there are no upcoming dates for this event.

Join us on the evening of Wednesday 11th March from 6.30pm for a 7pm start for a fun quiz night. We will aim to finish the quiz by around 9pm but the bar will still be open if you wish to stay for a drink and a chat afterwards. During our 40 year history, ISSBA has always operated with its members interests at heart and as a not for profit, we rely on your support to enable us to keep supporting our business community. We are excited to invite you to a quiz night to raise funds while having a fun evening with a little networking thrown in! There will be a maximum of 4 people in a team so you can either put a team together with your friends or colleagues, or just come along on your own and we'll make sure everyone is in a team on the night. If you already have a team, please put either the team name or the other team members' names in the comment field when you book. Thank you to Ipswich Wanderers Football Club for sponsoring and hosting this event. The bar will be open for you to purchase drinks, snacks (crisps, nuts, chocolate bars etc) or hot sausage rolls. Alongside the quiz, we will also be running a raffle (please bring some cash to purchase your tickets) with funds raised from this being split between ISSBA and our Charity of the Year, Anglia Care Trust. If you'd like to donate a prize for the raffle, please bring it along with you on the night - maybe you have some leftover or unwanted sweet treats, smellies or drinks from Christmas that are looking for a home! Please book via www.issba.co.uk. Cost is £7 for members, £12 for non members (including VAT). We look forward to seeing you there for what promises to be a fantastic evening!

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
