Information - Ipswich Young Buddhists

Current Theme: Transforming Energy, Transforming Self

An evening of uplifting collective practice for 18–30 year olds interested in Buddhism. Whether you’re completely new or already exploring, this is a space to sit together, tune in, and explore ancient wisdom in the context of modern life.

This month: The Hunger of the Heart – From Greed to Generosity

We live in a culture that constantly fuels craving — for more stuff, more experiences, more recognition. Yet beneath this hunger is a longing for wholeness. Together we’ll explore how the restless energy of greed can be transformed into generosity, appreciation, and the joy of living simply.

Doors open 6:45pm

This event is the first in a three-part series, “Transforming Energy, Transforming Self”, exploring greed, hatred, and delusion — the hub of the Wheel of Life.
