Fancy learning all about how we make our house focaccia? Surrey will be taking you through each step of the process upstairs in our open kitchen. You’ll learn all about the ingredients, the method and lots of hints and tips along the way. Your evening will consist of:

* Watching the focaccia-making craft in our kitchen

* Sampling a selection of focaccia with tasty accompaniments

* A glass of wine, beer or coffee

* Recipe for you to take home
