Information - Focaccia Workshop – an evening with Suz and Gab
Fancy learning all about how we make our house focaccia? Surrey will be taking you through each step of the process upstairs in our open kitchen. You’ll learn all about the ingredients, the method and lots of hints and tips along the way. Your evening will consist of:

Watching & learning the focaccia-making process

Shaping a focaccia dough (pre-proved by us) for you to cook in real time

Sampling a selection of focaccia with tasty accompaniments

A dough to take home that you can prove and cook the following day
