Information - ERIC and ERN

Get ready for an evening filled with pure joy and nostalgic laughter, because the sensational ERIC and ERN are coming to Ipswich! Join us for a brilliant homage to the nation’s favourite comedy legends, Morecambe & Wise, brought to life by the incredibly talented Ian Ashpitel and Jonty Stephens.

From the Olivier-nominated duo behind the critically acclaimed West End hit ‘ERIC & LITTLE ERN’, this show promises to transport you back to a golden age of comedy. It’s a show for everyone – from 8 to 80 – and a fantastic opportunity to share the magic of Morecambe & Wise with the whole family.

What to Expect

Prepare for an unforgettable journey through Morecambe & Wise’s most loved routines, songs, and sketches. You’ll be treated to classic moments like Greig’s Piano Concerto, the unforgettable Mr Memory, and of course, a resounding “Arsenal!” Ian Ashpitel and Jonty Stephens perfectly capture the essence and brilliance of Eric and Ernie, delivering a performance that truly hits all the right notes.

This wonderful production evokes those cherished memories of times when families would gather around the television, eagerly awaiting the fantastic Christmas specials. You’ll feel as though you’ve experienced the real thing, leaving the theatre with a heart full of sunshine and laughter, just like the good old days!

Why You Shouldn’t Miss It!

This special event is celebrating the Centenary year of Morecambe & Wise, making it an even more significant occasion to honour their enduring legacy.
