A session on understanding your own and other peoples’ personality preferences in order to improve rapport and communication in relationship

The workshop outcomes are:

– Understand different personality preferences

– Identify your preferred personality preferences

– Begin to appreciate how you communicate, how others communicate differently and what you can do communicate more effectively.

– Identify personal strengths and developmental areas
