Saturday 13 December at 11.00am is a relaxed performance and will include Creative Captions, Audio Description and BSL Everyone is welcome to attend the relaxed performance whether you face barriers at the theatre or not. A relaxed performance offers a warm welcome to people who face barriers attending the theatre. The theatre lights will not be turned off completely during the performance, there is a relaxed approach to noise and movement, you are free to leave and re-enter the auditorium whenever you need to, and there are no loud or sudden sound effects or strobe lighting. There will also be a calm and quiet chill-out area for anyone who needs it in our foyer. Step into Luca Silvestrini’s spellbinding dance-theatre adaptation of Mozart’s opera, The Magic Flute — a world where enchantment meets movement.
Back after last years award-winning family show, Protein bring to life The Magic Flute through a playful and entrancing blend of dancing, storytelling, singing, re-composed music, and stunning visuals, casting a magical spell over audiences of all ages.
A tale of love and friendship that shines through darkness, join the fun-loving bird-catcher Papageno and the lost Prince Tamino as they set out to rescue Princess Pamina, uncovering the truth about the mysterious Queen of the Night and the powerful leader Sarastro.

Every performance is welcoming and accessible with integrated creative captioning and is perfect for children aged 5+ and their grown-ups.

Tickets are available from £18, Concessions from £14 and a Family ticket of £55 (2 Adults and 2 Children under 16)
