Information - Creative Wellbeing Art Studio – Friday

Come and join our weekly friendly welcoming group, led by our Programme Leaders and resident artists, Allan and Karen. Attendees have the option to use the weekly theme/subject for the workshop, or are welcome to work their own project using the materials available.

We aim to create a safe space where people can come and discover their ‘inner artist’, and how being creative can help improve and maintain their mental health and wellbeing.

Free to attend, with just a suggested small donation

Workshop sessions are open to anyone 18+ years.  No prior referral or booking is necessary – just come along and try it for yourself!
