Create Your Own Graphic Tee Using Typography with Printmaker Sarah Nkugwa
Join printmaker and graphic designer Sarah Nkugwa at Ipswich County Library and learn how to design your own graphic tee! This is part of The Blank Page Project which offers high-quality creative workshops for 10-16 year olds during the school holidays.
Learn how to use typography to create exciting graphic t-shirts to support big change in the world! In this workshop, you will be exploring different ways of using typography to design on trend graphic messages to be worn on a t-shirt. Participants will make their way through a series of experimental design ideas and learn how to use vinyl and the heat press safely to make one-of-a-kind t-shirts they can take home.
Workshops take place from 9.45AM to 3.30PM and include lunch, drinks and snacks!
