About the film
Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters Of The Third Kind follows Roy Neary, who after a UFO encounter becomes caught in a government conspiracy concealing evidence of alien contact. Pursuing cryptic clues, he is drawn toward a covert facility where preparations for regulated extraterrestrial contact proceed.
