Information - Central Area Committee meeting

Area Committees give you the chance to influence Council decision-making, share your opinion and contribute to positive changes in your neighbourhood. As a resident of Ipswich, this is your opportunity to say what you would like to see improved.

Ipswich is divided into five areas, and each of those areas are split into wards. There are three councillors per ward, representing you, a resident of that area. Councillors work with residents, businesses and community groups at these public meetings to discuss how money can be spent and how the area can be improved. You can ask questions.

Click the link to find out more about your councillors, and for details of this and future meetings. Agendas are released a week before each meeting and, if you want to ask a question, you should email it in at least 2 days before the meeting.

Have your say!
