Information - Cake and Revolution WI

Come and join Cake and Revolution WI in the new location from April 2025

Membership costs £48 for the year which includes access to online national courses and support.

Tea and coffee are provided and the members provide cake.

Members Meetings:

  • April 17th – Soundbath and reiki An evening of discovery and relaxation.
  • May 15th – Do it Yourself An opportunity to learn some basic DIY Skills.
  • June 19th – Wellbeing Experience summer solstice yoga with Louisa and an essential oil pamper.
  • July 17th – Hop to It A crafty evening inspired by this year’s St Elizabeth Hospice Hare art trail.
  • September 18th – Skills Swap Evening A selection of crafts/activities to choose from.
  • October 16th – Ghostly Going Ons –  It’s spooky season.
  • November 20th – Christmas Cookie Decorating and a tiny bit of officialdom with our annual meeting.
  • December 18th – Festive Taskmaster An evening of fun, games and festive treats.
  • January 15th 2026 – Life Drawing We’ll be putting pencil to paper and getting creative.
  • February 19th – Dancing into Spring – We’ll be dancing the night away
  • March 19th – Zoo Talk Wrapping up our 9th year of Cake and Revolution is the return of Colchester Zoo.
