Information - Bugonia
Two conspiracy obsessed young men kidnap the high-powered CEO of a major company, convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth. True to Lanthimos’ dark humour and flair for satirical hyperbole, Bugonia is a rollicking ride from scepticism to conviction, posing some of the most urgent questions of our post-truth era. Expect a truly eye-opening experience, courtesy of Lanthimos’ remake of the cult Korean film Save the Green Planet!, complete with spine-chilling performances from Jesse Plemons and Emma Stone.
