BME Support Group is a non-profitable organisation, providing practical support for Black and Minority Ethnic families and individuals, in Ipswich and Suffolk, helping to achieve social integration and well-being.

Our drop-in sessions run Monday to Friday from 0900-1500.

Support and advice for:

  • Employment
  • Housing
  • Benefits
  • Immigration
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing support

At the same time, check out our Community Cafe and also our Library!
