Attendees gain clarity on their goals, reflects on reality, explores possibilities, and leaves with a clear action plan.

This is a session which takes you through the structure of a guided conversation where the coach asks powerful, open-ended questions. The client gains clarity on their goals, reflects on reality, explores possibilities, and leaves with a clear action plan.

The workshop outcomes are:

– Clarity of a clearly defined, achievable goal

– Increased Self- Awareness of current reality, strengths, challenges, and resources.

– Expanded Possibilities through a list of potential strategies or solutions,

– An Action Plan for you take away and work on

– Motivation & Commitment – a stronger sense of ownership and willpower to act on the agreed plan
