Information - Amazing Animals: Asia

The live animals are back! Our 45-minute sessions will be held on 28 July at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM. Learn more about a range of animals, how they adapt and survive in their environments, and how humans impact their worlds.

There will be a range of animals, which may include a Japanese rat snake, Berber Skink, Asian forest scorpion, Indian star tortoise, Indonesian frilled dragon, Halmahera blue-tongued skink, Syrian hamster, chickens, giant Asian praying mantis, orchid mantis, leaf insects, and lesser bamboo rat. Nine animals will be chosen depending on how happy they are on the morning.

This event is suitable for ages 3+. Younger visitors are welcome to attend but will be unable to handle the animals.
