Information - Aerobics Class

A session involving a series of dance-style moves put together into a routine.

Taught with both high and low impact level options, it will help improve general fitness and burn calories!

Suitable for all levels of fitness users, from beginners to advanced.

12+ Years (12-15 yrs must be accompanied by an adult).
