Information - A Peep into the Past Tours

Step inside Christchurch Mansion and uncover its fascinating history with the Friends of Ipswich Museums’ Peep into the Past daily short tours. These free tours run from Tuesday and Wednesday at 11 am and then Saturday and Sunday at both 11 AM and 2 pm.

Set within 75 acres of beautiful parkland in the heart of historic Ipswich, Christchurch Mansion has a rich past. Visitors will discover the stories of the three families who once lived there and explore its remarkable collections of 16th to 19th-century furniture, art, ceramics, and more.

New Opening Hours:
🔹 March – October: Tues, Wed, Sat (10am-5pm) | Sun (11am-5pm)
🔹 November – February: Tues, Wed, Sat (10am-4pm) | Sun (11am-4pm)
