BUY – SELL – SHOW & SHINE – CAMP (Sat Night)

FOOD & DRINK – KIDS ACTIVITIES – CHARITY RAFFLE

ENTRY Adult £2, Kids Free

SHOW & SHINE – Top 3 – £1 Charity donation

UNDERCOVER & OUTDOOR TRADING SPACE

Autojumble plot £20, Craft plot £12, Trade plot £25

25% discount for trading if SB Members

Traders will be able to unload only into the barn between 5pm – 8pm on Saturday 4th.

The barn will then be locked overnight and opened at 8am on the Sunday.

CAMP – Electric £27.50 per plot + Entry fee (Pre book only by 22nd Feb)

No Electric £20 per plot + Entry fee

Arrive from 3pm – 8pm Saturday

·Camping fees go straight to Trinity Park.

  • ·Camping gates open 3 – 8pm.
  • ·Anyone arriving before this time will be asked to wait in the queue until we are ready to open.
  • ·Please display your camping plot pass in your windscreen upon arrival.
  • ·Please wear your wristbands on arrival.
  • ·Could we ask you to take any rubbish home with you please, Thankyou.
  • ·No Trade vehicles higher than 2.9 metres allowed inside the barn.
  • ·Only 1 vehicle per trade plot allowed to park within a 5 x 5 metre plot.
  • ·Vehicles not allowed on the 5 x 2.5 metre plots
  • ·A maximum of 4 staff passes per trade plot.
  • ·A maximum of 2 vehicle plot passes per trade plot.
  • ·Traders that have paid to camp overnight on Saturday can unload into the barn between 5 – 8pm on the Saturday, the barn will be locked overnight and reopened at 8am on the Sunday.
  • ·Anyone leaving items in the barn overnight do so at their own risk.
  • ·The main gate of the venue is locked from 10pm overnight.
  • ·The trade gate will open from 8am on the Sunday.
