An energising event in the Hangar, lead Matspace Studio – Take a moment for yourself at the serene milsoms Kesgrave Hall with our Sunday Wellness & Fitness Pass in collaboration with Matspace Yoga Studio

Available for just £35 per person, your revitalising day includes:

A nourishing lunch to keep you energised
Three inspiring classes, including:
