Information - Thursday Relaxing Yoga

Copleston Dance Studio

Suitable for beginners and those returning to yoga! Come and join me for a beautiful relaxing evening yoga class, which will be suitable for beginners or those looking for a chance to stretch and then have a full relax before the weekend.

This class is also suitable for teens and tweens, to aid through the stressful exam period or introduce them to a non-competitive way to exercise and relax. And parents get to enjoy some exercise as well!
