Information - Suffolk Noise Alliance Weekender

It’s that magical time of year again! The Suffolk Noise Alliance Weekender is back, and we couldn’t be more excited. This is a two-night, two-town celebration of the incredible talent right here in our region. While Saturday takes the party to Bury St Edmunds, the whole weekend kicks off right here in Ipswich on Friday, 22 May 2026.

Expect the Unexpected

East Anglia is absolutely bursting with creativity, and this weekender is exactly where it all spills out. If you’re tired of the same old sounds, this is the event for you. Expect a lineup that is gloriously eclectic, beautifully odd, and full of the kind of energy that you truly have to experience in person.

There are no corporate vibes here—no lanyards and no “networking strategies.” It’s just about turning up with your ears open and discovering something you’ve never seen before. It’s a raw, authentic celebration of our local scene.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
