An Exclusive Night of Big Country Classics with Restless Natives

Ipswich, get ready for something truly special! We are thrilled to welcome Restless Natives to The Baths for an epic night celebrating the iconic music of Big Country. This is a massive exclusive for our town, as it marks the very first time the band has performed outside of Scotland!

If you are a fan of Big Country’s unique sound, this is the closest you will ever get to the real thing. Restless Natives were formed in 2019 and bring an incredible level of authenticity to the stage. In fact, the line-up even features two members from the Big Country family—Tommie Paxton on guitar and vocals, and Chris Stones on bass—alongside the talented Andrew Buchan and Ronan McCabe.

An Energetic, Soulful Performance

This isn’t just a tribute act; it’s a performance driven by genuine passion. These four musicians play with the true spirit and energy that Big Country fans know and love. You can expect a loud, lively, and incredibly “bouncy” night out!

The setlist will be packed with all the classics and hits you want to hear, plus a few special surprises tucked in for the die-hard fans. It’s going to be a fantastic sing-along atmosphere that you won’t want to miss.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
