Greetings Cards, Envelopes and Gift Bags

This workshop will introduce crafters to the practice of making greetings cards, envelopes and gift bags using everyday paper and card printed matter which would normally be consigned to the recycling bin. Participants are encouraged to bring along any printed materials they would like to use such as magazines, old Xmas and birthday cards, food packaging etc. Subsequent workshops will look at the art of paper weaving, making decorative boxes, a circular Xmas Ornament, paper flowers, paper beads and bunting.

Useful items to bring along are a craft knife, a cutting mat (or a piece of card to cut on) a ruler, pencil and glue stick.
