Information - Pykenham’s Gatehouse – open to the public for Heritage Open Days

Pykenham’s Gatehouse is opening again (admission free) for the Heritage Open Days event.  Ipswich Society stewards will be on duty to tell you all about this wonderful 15th century building on Northgate Street (opposite the Library.)    It really is worth seeing inside – but beware, the stairs are a little narrow!  A rare chance to see an Ipswich icon not usually open to the public
