Information - Pilates Class
Pilates is a mat-based class, perfect for improving strength, co-ordination, balance, posture and flexibility.
Pilates exercises are adapted for all levels, and are ideal for rehabilitation following an injury, ongoing condition or to develop your core strength and posture.
Please ensure you bring your own Exercise Mat as we are currently unable to provide these. 12+ Years (12-15 yrs must be accompanied by an adult).
