Information - Paper Sculpture: Create a Bird – Caroline Lummis

Welcome to the Ipswich Institute!

Members and non-members are welcome to join us for these sessions

Using a wealth of recycled materials, wire and paint, I create birds from around the world. Join me and create your own favourite! The method we will use is less messy than papier-mache but requires binding and shaping of the model using crushed paper as a base material for sculpting. We will finish by varnishing our sculptures to enhance their colours and preserve them. All the materials you will require for the day are included in the workshop price.
