About the film
Pierce Mundy is caught between family expectations and loyalty to a friend, in what the cinema describes as an intimate window into early ’80s South Central LA. Originally released in rough-cut form in 1983, the film has since been restored, including a recent 4K restoration by Prasab lab in Chennai.
