Information - Museum on the Move: Nature is our Home

Join Ipswich Museum and get up close with their natural history collection! Immerse yourself in the animal world and explore animal diets, skulls, survival, and the scientific study of insects. Ipswich Museum holds over 350,000 specimens alone in the natural history collections. You can get hands on with our collection and join in, interactive drop-in activities taking inspiration from the natural world. You can play in our makeshift entomology lab and help us identify animals and their diet, create a habitat, talk to a museum expert, and create your own banner for change, all whilst exploring and learning from some of our collections.
