Information - Meet the men who built the Bridge!

Now in its third year, hear from Howard Morris and Charlie Sharp who worked on the construction of our iconic Orwell Bridge.
£40pp for a three-hour river trip (includes cream tea and hot drink!)
Howard and Charlie’s talk discusses the bridge from conception, through planning and design, covers how the structure took shape over three years and three months of construction (opening in December 1982) and even covers a certain Yorkie advert.
