Information - Making Time… Peer Support Group
Join our monthly peer support group for those supporting someone with mental health difficulties
This is a warm, friendly and welcoming group, there is no expectation to share details of your caring role, if you prefer not to. So, if you are a family carer and want to meet others who may be in a similar caring role, then why not come along?
We meet on the last Wednesday of the month from 1.00-2.30pm @ The View, Suffolk Family Carers, Claydon
(Tea and coffee will be provided, however, please feel free to bring lunch with you)
