Information - Loud & Proud Choir

Loud & Proud is a fun, inclusive community pop choir celebrating connection, self-expression, and the joy of singing together. Led by queer local singer, actor and writer Lindsey Woods, this is a welcoming space for everyone – no matter your background or experience.

Join us every Tuesday night over the coming weeks as we learn and sing your favourite pop bangers. From iconic anthems by Lady Gaga and Madonna to modern favourites like Ed Sheeran, there’s something for everyone.

No auditions. No pressure. No need to read music.

Just show up, sing along and enjoy yourself.

This is a low-pressure, feel-good choir focused on togetherness, confidence and having a great time through music.

Come as you are. Let’s sing loudly and proudly – together.

Loud & Proud choir is open to adults aged 18+.

All sessions take place 6-7.30pm at the Eastern Angles Centre, Gatacre Road, Ipswich IP1 2LQ.

The choir is free to join, tickets are Pay What You Can. Any donations that you are able to make ensure that our community engagement projects can remain free of charge.
