About the film
Set against the windswept isolation of wartime Orkney, Richard Hawkins’ film takes place in 1943, when a disparate group of artists, soldiers and civil servants are brought together to undertake a clandestine government experiment: the production of a series of adult films.
The screening is followed by a Q&A.
