Information - ‘Go Wild’ Family Nature Day
This summer, ActivLives is bringing the joy of nature right into the heart of Ipswich. Families are invited to a FREE Go Wild Family Nature Day — a hands‑on celebration of wildlife, creativity and community at one of Ipswich’s most loved green spaces.
What’s happening:
- Explore the garden — wander through our beautiful community plots and discover what’s growing
- Bug hunt & butterfly count — help us spot the tiny creatures that call Ipswich home
- Nature crafts — get creative with sticks, leaves, petals and imagination
- Bee experience — suit up and visit our buzzing hives
- Meet other local families — connect with neighbours and make new friends
- Bring & share picnic — spread out your blanket and enjoy lunch together
- Refreshments available
PLEASE NOTE: The event is most suitable for families with young children aged up to 11 years. All children must be supervised by an adult.
