Information - Forknight 2026!

FORKNIGHT returns to Ipswich 15 to 31 May, celebrating the many fantastic eateries around Ipswich town centre with special food offers for all to enjoy.
This annual celebration of cafes and restaurants in Ipswich, run by Ipswich Central, the business improvement district, is a celebration of the wonderful array of eateries in the town centre for all tastes and budgets.

Last year’s promotion saw around fifty special offers at participating venues enjoyed by hundreds of people, with The Greyhound and Moto Pizza two top destinations attracting many new and happy customers through their doors thanks to the campaign, and this year, once again fifty fantastic food overs will hope to entice eating out in town.

This year, eateries around the town will again be offering some fantastic breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening meal deals to entice food-lovers ranging from Best of British pub classics to specialist cafes and restaurants offering European, American or Asian inspired cuisine – so there is something to appeal to everyone’s taste!

Visit the Forknight page on the All About Ipswich website, select an offer that inspires you and arrange to eat out at one of the participating venues quoting Forknight when ordering to receive their special offer.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
