Information - Fit East

Get ready to pump up the energy levels and break a sweat because Fit East is coming back on Saturday 6 July 2024!

We’re thrilled to bring you a full day packed with exciting activities, sports, nutrition, wellness, and fitness. And guess what? Activities and taster sessions are included in the ticket price.

The day will offer taster classes, talks by experts, captivating demos, and much more. With 3 arenas and a wellness zone, there’s something for everyone. Refuel on delicious, wholesome food from our street food zone, and then find your Zen in our wellness zone. Visitors will also be able to shop at our trade stands and retail zone for active wear, health foods, sports equipment and more.
