Take on the dizzying heights of Ipswich Hospital’s Tower!

The Extreme Abseil is back and we want you to take on the challenge! We’re challenging participants to face their fears and take on Ipswich Hospital’s Tower to fundraise for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity. Take in unbelievable views across Ipswich that very few people are able to experience.
The day is split into 30 minute timeslots, and with two ropes going down the tower, it’s the perfect challenge to take on with a friend or your team!

Run by the exceptionally experienced Dave Talbot Ltd., our Extreme Abseil is an adrenaline-filled adventure you won’t forget. So take on the challenge and sign up today!

We would love for you to fundraise at our Extreme Abseil to support patients and staff when they need us most. When somebody you love is in hospital or having treatment, you want to be sure that they have everything they need for health and healing. You can choose to fundraise for one of our current appeals: Butterfly Appeal, Cancer Wellbeing, Radiotherapy, Staff Wellbeing or for the ward or department within our services closest to your heart. Just let us know your preference when you sign up.
