Get ready to turn up the volume this Easter! We are thrilled to welcome two of the UK’s fastest-growing underground metal bands to Ipswich for the very first time. If you’re a fan of heavy riffs and powerful performances, this co-headline show at The Smokehouse is one you definitely don’t want to miss.

It’s going to be a massive night of melodic death and extreme metal, marking a significant debut for these bands in our local scene. Whether you’re a seasoned metalhead or looking to discover the best of the UK underground, come along and show some love for these incredible acts.

The Co-Headliners: Atarka & Symbyote

Taking centre stage for this Easter Weekender are Atarka and Symbyote. Both bands have been making serious waves across the country, earning a reputation for high-energy sets and technical mastery. Bringing their unique blends of melodic death and extreme metal to Ipswich, they are set to deliver a performance that will stay with you long after the final chord.

Special Guests

The night starts strong with a fantastic support lineup. We’ll be joined by Bloody Pineapples and Draugrheim, ensuring the energy is high from the moment the doors open. It’s a fantastic opportunity to catch four heavy-hitting bands all under one roof.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
