Information - Acu-Gong Meditation

An Acu-Gong Meditation requires you to lay back and do nothing… quietly, comfortably and with your eyes closed whilst listening to a wide variety of harmony and sound.

Acupuncture is not compulsory and you will certainly benefit from the vibrational effects of the Gong Bath.
If you are yet to attend a Gong Meditation, the only way to really understand it, is to experience it for yourself! It’s very much an individual experience and can often be different each time you come.
there are no predictions, and no expectations.

The body’s response to the vibrational energy of the Gong, can include a wide range of very unique sensations that are experienced on a very personal level. Some people see colours, others feel a range of sensations in different parts of the body and the benefits that people gain are just as wide and varied.  If nothing else, it is likely to produce a sense of relaxation and calm.
We provide foam mats to lay on during the session but if you struggle laying out flat and prefer to bring your own mat or comfortable chair to use during the session then please do. We also recommend you bring a pillow or 2 and maybe a blanket so you can lie comfortably.
Space is plenty at BRMC so your welcome to just drop in.
HOWEVER… we would appreciate you booking in, so we have a rough idea of numbers.
(if you don’t book and we are busy you may not get a space!)
