Information - ActivFriends – Friendly Community Hub for people living with Dementia and their Carers

Are you a carer for someone who has dementia or a physical health condition, or feeling isolated at home?

If so ActivFriends could be just the place for you both. We offer a weekly opportunity to make new friends, take part in fun activities and enjoy a freshly cooked, 2 course lunch, supported by regular volunteers. We are a very friendly group, and every week is different and offers the opportunity to meet up with likeminded people in a safe, relaxed environment.

Refreshments on arrival. We Meet Every Friday, 10.30 am to 2.00 pm

The hub is supported by staff and volunteers who are happy to have a chat and provide advice if needed.
