Information - Man Kind Movement CIC – Weekly Men’s Circle (Ipswich)

The Man Kind Movement CIC is a weekly Ipswich Men’s Circle creating a space for good men to connect, talk, breathe, feel, and rediscover themselves.
We offer a grounded, judgement-free environment where men can open up, support one another, and build real inner strength through vulnerability and brotherhood.

Our circles are not therapy and not a place to “fix” anyone, they are a supportive, guided space where every man is welcome to share at his own pace, or simply listen until he’s ready.

⭐ What to Expect Each Week

Our sessions rotate through four supportive formats designed to help men reconnect, reflect, and grow:

WEEK 1 & WEEK 3 — Meeting of Minds

Small group discussions on guided topics.
Supported by breathwork, grounding, and mindful presence.
A chance to reflect, learn, grow, and add tools to your emotional toolkit.

Week 2 – Creative Connection
Creativity • Courage • Contribution Each week, one man is invited to share something that he enjoys, feels passionate about, or is exploring in his own life, something that ignites his soul.

WEEK 4 — Community & Creativity

Walks, open discussions, and community connection.
In warmer months we meet outdoors; in winter we gather inside the Hub for relaxed conversation, support, and brotherhood.

⭐ When & Where

Mondays – 7pm to 9pm
📍 Current Venue: CHIp Community Hub, 15 Princes Street, Ipswich

Doors close at 7:15pm to protect the safety, flow, and presence of the group.

⭐ Donations

Our circles are donation-based so all men can attend.
We suggest £5 per session, or £10 monthly membership to support venue hire, equipment, and community growth, but your attendance will always matter more than your ability to donate.

⭐ Who We Are

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
