Information - The Army Benevolent Fund’s Suffolk Committee Curry Lunch

The Suffolk Committee for the Army Benevolent Fund are delighted to be hosting their ‘Suffolk Committee Curry Lunch’ by kind permission of Suffolk Army Cadet Force at the Army Reserve Centre, Ipswich. For many years the Committee hosted an Annual Curry Lunch at Wattisham Flying Station and from 2025, the committee are keen to revive this once extremely popular fixture in the Suffolk events calendar albeit with a new location. They look forward to welcoming back many long-term supporters and lots of first-term attendees.

Come and join us for a wonderful afternoon to help us raise funds and awareness to support the Army family.

Ticket price: £25 per person.

Tables seat up to max. 10 persons. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Strict security arrangements apply and therefore places can only be allocated in advance.

If you would like to attend the lunch please contact: eastanglia@armybenevolentfund.org for more detailed information and to be sent the RSVP for completion.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
