Information - Recovery College: Five Ways to Wellbeing

Suffolk Libraries is working with the NSFT’s Recovery College to provide a series of live streamed courses at Ipswich County Library to help people with their mental health and wellbeing. This webinar on the Five Ways to Wellbeing will be screened from the Chaucer Room and will start at 10.30AM and finish at 12PM.

The Five Ways to Wellbeing is a framework of evidence-based actions that can help improve mental health and wellbeing. The five actions are:

  • Connect
  • Be active
  • Take notice
  • Keep learning
  • Give

This course considers how to use the Five Ways to Wellbeing in your everyday life to support your personal wellbeing and recovery, this is based research conducted by the New Economics Foundation.
