Information - Come & Sing – The Ultimate 90s Day

Do you remember the 90s? … do you still know all the words?

Join Suffolk Soul Singers for The Ultimate 90s Day – a fun, feel-good singing experience celebrating two iconic sides of the decade.

Spend the morning immersed in Britpop classics including Wonderwall, Alright and Wake Up Boo, accompanied by a live guitarist. Then step onto the dancefloor for an afternoon of House Club Classics featuring Finally, Gypsy Woman and Freed From Desire, culminating in an epic dance medley with bespoke backing tracks.

Whether you spent your weekends at Hollywoods, The Attic, Liquid, Liberties or Kartouche, these are the songs that defined a generation. Bring your friends, sing your heart out and enjoy a day packed with nostalgia, laughter and great music.

Led by experienced choir director, arranger and vocal leader Andi Hopgood, everyone is welcome to join us and belt out some classics in harmony. No auditions, no experience needed and lyrics are provided – just come along and join the fun. Attend either session individually or make a day of it and save £10 with a full-day pass.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
