Liz’s first charity is Eden Rose Coppice Trust:

The Eden Rose Coppice Trust which operates three nature reserves in Sudbury, Cornard and Ipswich. The Trust offers people with life limiting illnesses and their families and carers the chance to improve their wellbeing by escaping for a while into a safe, easy to access, natural woodland environment. Dr Rob Brooks who founded the Trust in 2007 says:

“These are extraordinarily stressful times, particularly for people with cancer and survivors of life limiting problems. But being outdoors provides a natural escape that can feel comforting and help fill our emotional tanks when we are running near empty.”
