Information - Body Conscious Gathering
Body Conscious Gatherings
These gatherings are a relaxed and welcoming space. You can join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.
An opportunity to pause, listen, reflect and consider how you view the body you live in.
This month is a space for women to come together and explore menopause and the thoughts you have around your bodies, during this phase in life, through conversation, different perspectives and shared experiences.
11am – 1pm – 13th August
We will be joined by Menopause coach, Claire Davy.
Jackie will facilitate the first part of the event with a discussion, around the transitioning of the menopause body. The second half of the gathering, Claire will be delivering a relaxed supportive session exploring perimenopause as a whole, including the often over looked experience of medical menopause and the links between ADHD and hormonal changes.
