Jackie Cooper Body Empowerment and Photographer will be hosting the small, cozy gathering for women who are tired of carrying around your bodily woes, into every day and every room, the ones that hold you back from achieving your life’s desires.
As the whispers from yourself or others niggle away and take up residency in your mind, controlling your thoughts and feelings.
These gatherings are for like minded women, who are done, secretly holding on to thoughts and feelings around your body – you are not alone.
For women to gather together, unravel stories, or quietly listen ( you decide), let your soul reflect and find calm and peace within your mind, with plenty of laughter and giggles and a sprinkling, if you so wish, of seriousness- leave with a lighter heart

Jackie understands the feelings of nervousness apprehension and fear of judgement, which is why she is keeping the numbers small for a more intimate and less intimidating space.
