Information - Rock Paper Grow

Every Thursday morning we are meeting at 10.30 am at the stables in Holywells Park in Ipswich, for a short nature walk followed by an art activity in the open air.

The emphasis is on supporting adults mental wellbeing through nature and creativity.

We will cover lots of creative skills from printmaking to illustration and collage.

10.30 – 12 Thursdays with Marie Soul

These sessions are completely free, supported by Suffolk Wildlife Trust and generously funded by the Suffolk County Council Wellbeing Board.

Rock Paper Scissors is a community arts programme, providing progressive creative workshops and inspiring arts activities. Our participants build their confidence and curiosity through creative play. We educate and empower through providing an inclusive space to tell stories through making and creating.
