Information - Nourish

Feed your mind, body and soul at free weekly workshops exploring wellbeing through creativity and the arts. From yoga and sound baths to daytime discos and mural painting, there’s lots to get involved in over this four-month programme.

There’s no need to sign up to the whole programme, just book in for the sessions that connect with you and join our wellbeing community every Wednesday morning.

Sessions include:

Yogability with Steve & Ellie

Relax the mind, body and delight the senses. Over the course of the Nourish programme, Yogability sessions will focus on each of the five senses: sight, taste, smell, touch and sound. Each week will include a range of breathwork, movement, stretching, tea, soundbath and relaxation. The sessions are suitable for all abilities, ages, genders, shapes, sizes, sexualities, backgrounds, beliefs and skin colours.

Food For Thought with Rebecca Abbott

Join a friendly community lunch – a space to share food, recipes and the stories behind our favourite recipes. This is an opportunity to break bread with our neighbours and participate in activities that honour the role food plays in our wellbeing.

Deep Listening Toolkit with Marcus Harris-Noble

Rekindle your relationship with music in the “Zen Den” as Marcus opens the Deep Listening Toolkit – a range of activities that use sound and our favourite music to bring people together, promote positive vibes and create connection. Come along and share the music you love the most in an open, supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Guided Massage with Lorna-Jane Garside

Learn how to work on your own sore muscles and joints with guidance from Lorna Garside Soft Tissue Therapy. We’ll create an easy going, friendly space where you can’t fail, and where all you need to do is go with the flow. With elements of stretching, myofascial release, aromatherapy and exploration, you’ll leave relaxed and with the ability to treat your own pain!

Daytime Disco with Kirsty Tallent

Join Eastern Angles Resident DJ KAY TEE for a Daytime Disco featuring back-to-back dance floor fillers to move and groove to! Dance like no one’s watching in a safe and fun environment where we celebrate the joy of music and dancing together. At the daytime disco all dance moves so don’t be shy, come along and get your groove on!

Mindful Mural with Lily Hammond

Join artist Lily from Uwu Studio for Nourish: Mindful Mural. You will be gently guided through the process of creating mindful murals, from design workshops through to painting the mural. You will immerse yourselves in mindfulness guided by Lily. From this process a design will emerge and you will be part of co-creating this design outcome becoming part of Eastern Angles’ legacy for all future users to enjoy the artwork and the space!
